Want to start composting but don’t want to deal with a compost pile? If you are local to the DC metro area, here is a great opportunity to make your own compost tumbler. Much like the make your own rain barrel programs, you pay a fee, show up and use the materials and tools supplied to build your own 55 gallon tumbler.
When: September 15, 9 am – 2 pm
Where: Fairlington Community Center, 3308 South Stafford Street , Arlington, VA 22206
Cost: $75 for materials
